Goldberg Segalla added Marc A. Deitch to the firm’s Transportation group in Newark.
Marc is an accomplished civil litigator who defends trucking companies, transportation network companies, and motor carriers in transportation, product liability, motor vehicle negligence, and personal injury litigation. He is an active trial attorney who has tried more than 50 jury trials in state and federal courts throughout New Jersey and New York. Marc has over 20 years of experience defending individual and corporate clients against complex claims for personal injuries involving wrongful death, quadriplegia, cervical and lumbar injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and complex fractures. He also has extensive experience handling UM/UIM, premises liability, dram shop, construction defects, and insurance coverage matters.
Marc earned his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and his juris doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
