Klinedinst Welcomes San Diego Attorney Amy L. Frerich
Klinedinst PC is pleased to welcome Amy L. Frerich as Senior Counsel to Klinedinst’s San Diego office. She handles complex matters for cases involving professional liability, casualty, and general liability, bringing a deep knowledge of managing all litigation phases. Besides handling a wide range of complex matters through all phases of litigation, she also has extensive trial experience. Ms. Frerich provides advanced legal advice and counseling to her clients from her significant courtroom experience litigating many cases through jury trials.
Prior to joining Klinedinst, Ms. Frerich worked as a Deputy District Attorney and a private criminal defense attorney. A native of Colorado, she drafted briefs that were filed in the Colorado Court of Appeals and the Colorado Supreme Court, and focused on personal injury and domestic relations matters, including a multitude of financially complex matters. Ms. Frerich believes in giving back to her community, as evidenced through her volunteer service at the Arapahoe County Pro Se Family Law Clinic. A public service of the Arapahoe County Bar Association, the Clinic volunteers help provide legal information involving child support, maintenance, parenting time, separation agreement, post decree issues, and adoption.
