Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce John Klevorn has joined the Corporate and Business Transactions Practice Group as a partner in the firm’s St. Louis office.
Klevorn focuses his practice on corporate law, real estate, and taxation and has built significant experience in M&A transactions; real estate transactions; and federal, state and local tax credits and development incentives. He regularly assists clients craft complex executive compensation packages, including the review and preparation of various deferred compensation and stock incentive plans, for businesses of all sizes that both attract and retain top talent.
With clients ranging from tax credit investors and developers to various commercial enterprises, Klevorn has successfully structured and represented for-profit and nonprofit entities in various business and real estate transactions.
