Goldberg Segalla added Christina M. Collins to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in White Plains.
Christina focuses her practice on the defense and counsel of insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators in complex workers’ compensation claims throughout New York. She draws on more than eight years of experience handling workers’ compensation matters from inception through completion, and has experience representing clients at trials, motion hearings, pre-trial conferences, and settlement negotiations.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree from New York University and her juris doctor from the Chapman University School of Law.
