Jackson Lewis Adds Litigator Lita M. Verrier in Boston

Lita focuses her practice on complex business and high technology, employment, and intellectual property litigation in both Massachusetts and California. She counsels clients on matters involving misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, and complex cases involving a range of commercial, employment and intellectual property issues.
Lita has worked with businesses and high-tech companies from coast to coast on all aspects of business disputes and employment, both as plaintiff and defendant, and provides sophisticated advice to companies regarding their intellectual property rights.
“Lita joins us at a critical time when restrictive covenants and intellectual property matters are garnering significant attention,” said the co-leaders of the firm’s Restrictive Covenants, Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition practice group, Clifford R. Atlas and Erik J. Lita earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and her B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
