Goldberg Segalla added Christopher S. Germaine to the firm’s Civil Litigation and Trial and Long-Term Care groups in Garden City.
Chris focuses his practice on defending corporations, insurance companies, and medical facilities in a variety of general liability matters. He represents nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care facilities in a variety of cases involving wrongful death, slip and falls, decubitus ulcers, and failure to administer medications. Chris has experience handling a variety of matters involving personal injury, motor vehicle, medical malpractice, labor law, and general negligence. His background also includes representing and advising clients on matters involving the New York Child Victims Act.
Chris earned his bachelor’s degree at St. John’s University and his juris doctor at the St. John’s University School of Law.
