Fisher Phillips Welcomes Marco Rodriguez in Sacramento
Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, is pleased to announce that Marco Rodriguez has joined the firm as an associate in the Sacramento office.
Marco joins from a regional law firm where he gained experience in private practice focusing on employment, business, and family law issues. In addition, he has experience in civil litigation with a focus on labor and employment. At Fisher Phillips, Marco will help employers identify and eliminate risks up front, and when needed, defend them against litigation.
Marco earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he was honored with a Witkin Award for highest grade awarded in Evidence, Negotiations and Settlements, and Remedies, and his B.A. from California State University, Sacramento. He also gained valuable courtroom experience during an internship with the Sacramento Public Defender’s Office.
