Eversheds Sutherland welcomes lateral Partner hire Rafael Moll de Alba
Eversheds Sutherland has welcomed lateral Partner hire Rafael Moll de Alba to its Tax team in Luxembourg.
Rafael joins from Charles Russell Speechlys where he focused on tax structuring for investment funds, corporations and private clients. Rafael was also head of the firm’s Iberian and LATAM team.
A member of the Luxembourg Bar, Rafael has experience in setting up investment and finance structures including advising regulated and non-regulated funds. He also advises his clients on structuring acquisitions and reorganisations, tax due diligence and tax litigation.
His client portfolio includes asset managers, institutional investors, banks, private clients and corporations across the UK, US, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland and Middle East.
In parallel with his career as a lawyer, Rafael works part-time as an Adjunct Senior Lecturer, teaching tax accounting at the University of Luxembourg.
