GrayRobinson Welcomes Attorney Austin Krtausch to its Criminal and White Collar Defense Practice in Miami
GrayRobinson today announced Austin Krtausch has joined its Criminal and White Collar Team, where he will work with high-profile lawyers, Joel Hirschhorn and Brian Bieber, in the Miami office.
As a part of the Criminal and White Collar Defense Team, Krtausch will handle the defense of those accused of crimes or misconduct in federal and state courts. He will focus his practice on the defense of banking, bankruptcy, computer, health care, insurance, internet, mail, mortgage, pharmaceutical, real estate, securities, tax, telemarketing, wire, and other types of fraud. Krtrausch will also concentrate in the defense of all state criminal matters.
Prior to becoming an associate, Krtausch first started as a law clerk with GrayRobinson. He also served as an assistant public defender for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Krtausch received his juris doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
