Rimon is pleased to welcome equipment leasing and finance attorney Chris Orozco-Wallraff as Partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Mr. Orozco-Wallraff joins Rimon from Holland & Knight.
Mr. Orozco-Wallraff focuses his practice on equipment leasing and finance in the aviation industry. A true specialist in the aviation industry, he has represented lessors in the leasing, sale, and consignment of aircraft and aircraft engines all over the world.
Before joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Orozco-Wallraff was in-house counsel for International Lease Finance Corporation (now AerCap), a major lessor of commercial jet aircraft.
Rimon’s equipment leasing and finance attorneys structure, negotiate, document, and enforce equipment leasing and financing transactions and address various legal issues encountered by companies engaged in this vital part of the economy.
