Jonathan Boswell Joins Arnold & Porter’s Real Estate Practice

Arnold & Porter announced today that Jonathan Boswell has joined the firm’s Real Estate practice as counsel, resident in Washington, DC.

Mr. Boswell represents lenders and property owners, developers, operators and managers in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. He also has deep experience with both finance and equity transactions.

Mr. Boswell earned his JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, cum laude. He received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude.
