Lathrop GPM Adds Business Transactions Associate David Woger to Minneapolis Office
Lathrop GPM is pleased to welcome Associate David Woger to the firm’s Minneapolis office. Woger joins the Business Transactions Practice Group.
Woger focuses his practice in the areas of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and tax. He advises clients with corporate reorganizations, contract negotiation, tax law and securities transactions.
Before joining the firm, Woger worked in tax services at a Big Four public accounting firm.
Woger earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2020, where he served as the student director for the Business Law Clinic, working with entrepreneurs throughout the Twin Cities. He earned a Master of Music from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Music from Indiana University.
