Real Asset Fund Specialist Alan Skerritt to Join Kirkland & Ellis in London
Kirkland & Ellis is pleased to announce that Alan Skerritt will join the Firm as a partner in the Investment Funds Group in the London office.
Mr. Skerritt advises investment fund sponsors on the establishment and operation of funds, both closed- and open-ended, across the real asset spectrum including core, core-plus and value-add real estate, infrastructure and logistics funds as well as on the establishment of carried interest and co-investment schemes and other related structures including joint ventures.
“Alan has deep experience on a wide variety of real asset funds and related products,” said Jonathan Tadd, an investment funds partner based in London. “He will be an extremely valuable addition as we continue to scale our real asset funds business in Europe.”

Mr. Skerritt will join Kirkland from the London office of Goodwin.
