Nossaman Adds Noted Healthcare Lawyer, Former Mazars Director, Melissa Borrelli to Sacramento Office
Melissa Borrelli has joined Nossaman Healthcare Group in the Sacramento office. She joins as a Partner.

Nossaman provides the full spectrum of specialized legal services required by the healthcare sector. The Firm’s preeminence in healthcare law began with the landmark efforts of the Firm's senior healthcare lawyers, including former partner and former California State Assemblyman John T. Knox, co-author of the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975 and the Moscone-Knox Professional Corporation Act.

Melissa has taught at numerous colleges and universities, where she has led law, graduate, undergraduate and paralegal certificate program courses. She is a Board Member of California Society for Healthcare Attorneys and the Women Lawyers of Sacramento, as well as a Member of the Bioethics Committee at Mercy General Hospital, Sacramento. She holds an LL.M in health law from Loyola University Chicago, School of Law, a J.D. from University of California, Davis King Hall School of Law and a B.S. from the University of California, Davis.
