Weil to Add Antitrust/Competition Partner Jenine Hulsmann in London
International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP today announced that Jenine Hulsmann will join the Firm as a partner in the London office to lead the build out of Weil’s European Antitrust/Competition practice.
Jenine is currently a partner at Clifford Chance, specializing in competition law and regulation, with a particular focus on TMT, pharmaceutical, energy and infrastructure. Jenine advises a wide range of clients on merger and foreign investment proceedings, competition law investigations and appeals. She has represented corporations and investors before the European Commission, European Court of Justice, Competition and Markets Authority, national competition authorities, regulators and appeal courts.
