Goldberg Segalla added associate Joseph C. Egbule to the firm’s Workers’ Compensation group in Los Angeles.
Joe counsels and defends employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters throughout California. He draws on experience handling a range of employment-related matters involving discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour violations. He has held a variety of clerkships and externships, including an externship with the Hon. Andrew Birotte Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, a clerkship with Sundance Institute, and a clerkship with AppleOne. He also gained experience as an intern with Lionsgate Entertainment Inc., where he worked directly with the senior vice president of Business and Legal Affairs to represent its media platforms and subsidiaries in complex litigation matters.
Joe earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University and his juris doctor from the USC Gould School of Law.
