Spencer Fane Welcomes Osugi to Business Transactions Group in Phoenix

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce attorney Ryan Osugi has joined the Business Transactions Practice Group in the firm’s Phoenix office.
Osugi brings experience working with clients in the areas of civil litigation, corporate law, and estate planning. He focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate and partnership law, including acquisition, disposition, merger, and reorganization transactions; commercial and contract law; federal and state taxation; securities law; business workouts, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy proceedings; and other areas of business-related law.
“We continue to identify and prioritize the specific needs of our clients,” said Andy Federhar, Office Managing Partner for Spencer Fane in Phoenix. “Ryan will assist us in maintaining our commitment to responsive and efficient legal services related to corporate law. A native of Arizona, Osugi completed his undergraduate degree in justice studies at Arizona State University and earned his Juris Doctor from the school’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.
While in law school, Osugi completed a business law internship in the corporate contracts group for a semiconductor supplier focused on energy-efficiency tech solutions.
