Blank Rome LLP has strengthened its government contracts and commercial litigation department with the hiring of Robyn N. Burrows to the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Robyn arrives as an associate in the Government Contracts group.
 
Blank Rome Welcomes New Government Contracts Associate in D.C.

Robyn, formerly of Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, concentrates her practice on government contracts and other complex commercial litigation matters. She has experience litigating construction and government contract disputes, including claim prosecution and defense, drafting and negotiating claims and requests for equitable adjustment. With extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts, Robyn also advises clients on matters relating to the Contract Disputes Act, the False Claims Act, and contract termination procedures.

Robyn’s legal history includes the practice of administrative law at a nonprofit government accountability organization in Washington, D.C., and the representation of clients before agencies and federal courts in matters that involve statutory and constitutional challenges to federal regulations and agency decisions.

Robyn is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the George Mason University School of Law. While there, Robyn was the research editor of the George Mason Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from Houghton College.
