Summary: Experienced finance attorney Neal A. Bakare joined Foley & Lardner in Houston from an in-house position.
Foley & Lardner LLP announced the addition of Neal A. Bakare as of counsel in Houston. Bakare will join the Finance Practice Group and Energy Industry Team from Macquarie Bank Limited, where he was Senior Vice President of Legal Risk Management.
Bakare is an experienced in-house attorney, but also has experience in private practice with an international law firm. He advises finance and energy clients such as investment banks, private equity funds, limited partnerships, hedge providers, oil and gas companies, and public and private companies.
