Kuwana works with companies, their officers, directors and board members in handling complex shareholder, securities, derivative, SEC enforcement matters as well as internal and government investigations. Kuwana has previously served as White House Office of Counsel to the President for President George H.W. Bush. He has also served as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Transportation. Before joining Katten Muchin Rosenman, Kuwana was with Patton Boggs.
Kuwana earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas.
