Blank Rome LLP announced the addition of a partner in their Corporate, M&A, and Securities Group in Shanghai. Louis Meng will also be head of Blank Rome’s Greater China Practice and Chief Representative of the Shanghai office, known in the area as Blank Rome LLP Shanghai Representative Office, USA. Meng joins from Haynes and Boone.

Meng counsels clients in matters such as mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, alternative and initial public offerings, emerging growth, foreign direct investments and joint ventures, fund formation, and real estate finance, structured finance, direct selling, and more.

Meng earned his LL.M. and J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his LL.B. from Soochow University Law School in Taipei, Taiwan.
