Perkins Coie Welcomes Executive Compensation Lawyer in CA
Summary: An experienced executive compensation lawyer joined Perkins Coie in their Palo Alto office.
Perkins Coie announced the addition of Wendy Moore to their Palo Alto office. Moore will be a partner in their Corporate practice and Tax, Benefits & Compensation subgroup. She joins from Jones Day where she was a partner.

She brings nearly two decades of executive compensation and corporate governance experience to our team, and we are thrilled to have her on board.”
Moore will focus her practice on public and private companies handling securities, employment, corporate and tax issues. She will work closely with the law firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Corporate & Securities groups in order to accomplish her work.
