Littler Strengthens Los Angeles and Orange County Offices
Summary: Littler welcomed a new shareholder to their Los Angeles and Orange County offices.
Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, announced their newest addition. Bradley E. Schwan will be a shareholder in the law firm’s Orange County and Los Angeles offices. He joins from the labor and employment practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Los Angeles office managing shareholder Shannon Boyce said, “Littler’s presence in Southern California continues to grow and we are excited to add Brad to our robust California team. Brad’s background, particularly his experience representing clients in class action litigation matters, will be valuable as we continue to help our clients navigate a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.”
Schwan has experience in federal and state courts and in arbitration. He works to defend employers in claims of wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment. He has also handled matters involving breach of contract, noncompetition, employee poaching, and non-solicitation.
Schwan said, “I have worked side by side with Littler attorneys in the past and have always been impressed with their depth of knowledge on labor and employment matters. It’s exciting to join a firm that has a deep understanding of the wide-ranging issues facing employers and a commitment to developing new and innovative tools to better serve clients.”
He earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles and a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in Systems Engineering.
