Nicolette’s arrival underscores the firm’s commitment to anticipating areas of risk and ensuring we are properly positioned to serve our clients’ needs, and we are delighted to have her join our global team.”

Partner and member of the Management Committee, Jean-Philippe Lambert added, “Nicolette is an important strategic addition to our compliance and regulatory capabilities, especially in light of recent legislative and political developments around the world. In particular, Nicolette will help clients navigate France’s recently adopted set of compliance obligations, including its new anti-corruption law.”

Co-leader Steve Kaplan of the Financial Services Regulatory & Enforcement practice explained, “In the aftermath of Brexit, financial services firms with UK operations are determining the best strategies for realigning resources in Europe. At the same time, worldwide markets are experiencing unprecedented technological change and innovation.
