Foley & Lardner Welcomes New Corporate Partner
Summary: The Chicago office of Foley & Lardner added a new corporate partner to their team.
Foley & Lardner LLP announced their addition of corporate partner Susan Greenspon to their Chicago team. Greenspon will be a part of the Transactions & Securities Practice. She joins from Dentons US, LLP where she was a partner.
Greenspon brings experience in corporate law such as mergers and acquisitions, financings, restructuring, general corporate counseling, and corporate governance. She has represented clients ranging from publicly traded Fortune 500 companies to startups.

The industries she has worked with include beauty and cosmetics, retail, pharmaceuticals, electronics, information technology, real estate and more.
