Pugh is a former Assistant United States Attorney and National Labor Relations Board litigator, bringing valuable experience to the firm’s litigation group. His ability to examine an issue from all angles is a hallmark of his work in the government, in private practice, and as an in-house attorney, and that perspective will provide an immediate benefit to the firm’s clients across all industries.”

Pugh has led investigations across the United States and in Western Europe, South Korea, Canada, China, and Brazil. He earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University.
