Healthcare Transaction Attorney Joins Perkins Coie in Dallas

Perkins Coie welcomed a new partner to their team in Dallas. William E. Swart, an experienced healthcare transactions attorney, will be joining the Corporate & Securities practice. He joins from Polsinelli where he was a shareholder and a co-founder of their Dallas office.

Swart will focus on representing healthcare providers, investors, and related businesses in the healthcare sector. This includes hospital systems, fundless sponsors, well-known private equity firms, and large family offices. He also has experience in the manufacturing, consumer products and energy industries.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin and his B.A. from Texas Tech University.
