Blank Rome Welcomes New Member to LA Office
Summary: The Los Angeles office of Blank Rome has added a new Of Counsel member to their Corporate, M&A, and Securities Group.
Blank Rome LLP, a global law firm, has brought a new Of Counsel member on to their Los Angeles Corporate, M&A, and Securities team. Jonathan T. Keen will be making the move to Blank Rome from Morrison & Foerster LLP where he was an associate.

Keen’s experience includes M&A and corporate transactions such as drafting and negotiating asset and stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and other transactions in public and private company mergers and acquisitions. He has also represented NASDAQ and NYSE companies in public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities as well as prepared SEC filings for these companies.
Keen received his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law and his B.S. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California – Berkeley in Business Administration. He is admitted to practice law in California and is a certified public accountant in California. He previously worked as an accountant for Ernst & Young LLP.
