Martire will continue his work by focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with public companies. He will also be able to counsel clients on activist defense measures, corporate governance matters, and more. The law firm has also grown their Corporate & Securities Practice with the addition of eleven shareholders in New York, London, Mexico City, Ft. Lauderdale, Denver, New Jersey, and Tokyo. They were named in May as one of America's top corporate law firms in the 2015 Annual Law and the Boardroom Study. This award is decided by over 500 participating directors and general counsel of publicly traded companies. The top 25 law firms are included in the ranking.
Martire gained his J.D. from the University of Connecticut Law School and a B.S. from Fairfield University.
