Ex-Nixon Peabody Partner Facing Criminal Charges
Ex-Nixon Peabody partner David Tamman has been indicated on ten criminal counts by a federal grand jury in Los Angeles. Tamman has been charged with his alleged role in a cover up scheme involving securities fraud scheme worth over $20 million. The U.S. attorney's office for the Central District of California, released a press release which detailed the charges against Tamman. The charges include conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and alteration of records. If Tamman is convicted on all the charges, he could be handed the maximum sentence of 190 years in federal prison.
