TE Connectivity To Buy Deutsch Group For $2.06 Billion

Deutsch Group, a leading maker of heavy-duty electronic connectors, will be bought by TE Connectivity for $2.06 billion from German investment group Wendel. David Polk & Wardwell, with partners Arnaud Peres and William Aaronson will be advising TE Connectivity on the matter. Linklaters
David Swinburne and Anne Wachsmann will be advising Wendel on the acquisition deal. The deal is expected to close by beginning of 2012.
