Bingham's Ex Antitrust partner Holly House joins Paul Hasting
After working for 23 years with Bingham McCutchen's, Holly House joined as partner to Paul Hastings' San Francisco office on Friday. She as a co-chairwoman of Bingham's antitrust and trade regulation practice group since 2007. Holly is handling a few high-profile cases, including Oracle's huge and ongoing fight with SAP. House guided the compensation of $1.3 billion for verdict against SAP last fall over infringement and misuse of Oracle's proprietary software, recently whittled down to $272 million. She also represented IKON Office Solutions in antitrust actions brought by independent servicer competitors and assisted in the defense of Intel Corp. surrounding the company's pricing practices.
