With more than two decades of experience in practicing environmental law, Ivan DeVoren has joined the Houston-based energy law firm as a partner in its Pittsburgh office. With broad background in areas of environmental law, Ivan has an expertise in impact oil and gas exploration and production, storage, site development, waste and wastewater management, and air and water emissions. His practices also include corporate and securities; mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; real estate; natural resources; and business and contracts. He also counsels many sectors of traditional industry and manufacturing, such as industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, and chemical businesses. He did his undergraduate degree from Penn State's Smeal College of Business and JD from the Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia. Burleson LLP has more than 100 attorneys in offices in Houston, San Antonio, Denver, and Pittsburgh, as well as an international network of affiliate law firms across the world.
