FOS should stop considering cases of alleged fraud

Robert Morfee, partner of Clarke Wilmott, Bristol-based law firm, fights over cases of alleged fraud being considered by Financial Ombudsman Services. He emphasized that legal procedures are not widely exposed because many cases are settled on private terms especially in financial services.
