, with effect from August 1, 2011.Tax attorney David Aughtry has been added to firm's masthead after serving as a shareholder with the firm for 27 years. Wayne Risoli, managing partner of the law firm said that this designation was long overdue and well deserved. Aughtry has an expertise in civil and criminal tax litigation. He is nationally recognized in tax litigation in Chambers USA and the US Legal 500 Litigation Guide. He did his JD from Emory University.
