Mayer Brown is set to launch an office in Duesseldorf
Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, is set to launch an office in Duesseldorf as the firm is planning to close its Berlin and Cologne operations. The new office will start from 2012. The existing offices of Cologne and Berlin will merge into the Duesseldorf outfit. The law firm will have now two offices in Germany - Frankfurt and Duesseldorf. Mayer Brown has opened an office in Singapore and is headed by Hong Kong projects partner Kevin Owen. New York office of Mayer Brown has won the annual Probono Award for its contribution towards the doubling of the average pro bon hours per attorney from the previous year.
