Thompson Hine Partner selected as ACEBC Fellow
Jack F. Fuchs has been chosen for induction as a Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel (ACEBC). He joins his colleague partner Karen D. Youngstrom, who is a Charter Fellow of ACEBC. Selection procedure of the ACEBC board of governors follows the successful completion of a formal nomination and application process. Fellows are required to have a minimum of 20 years' experience as employee benefits practitioners, and should have significant contributions to the advancement of the employee benefits field. Fuchs focuses his practice on litigation involving ERISA and fiduciary issues. In the area of Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation, he is recognized in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business. Fuchs did his JD and his MA from the University of Cincinnati and his BA from The University of Chicago.
