Jenner & Block Announces New Addition
Ajit V. Pai, a former FCC attorney, announced that he would be joining as a partner with Jenner & Block in Washington DC. Pai was considered a high level official and served as Deputy General Counsel, Associate General Counsel and Special Advisor to General Counsel while with the FCC. Citing ''extensive knowledge of the FCC'', along with ''experience at the Department of Justice and in the Senate'', a spokesperson for the law firm says it looks forward to Pai's experience and dedication as they welcome him aboard. Pai anticipates great challenges and says the change from the public sector to the private sector is a welcomed one.
