Traub Lieberman Opens Chicago Office
Traub, Lieberman, Straus & Shrewsberry, a firm that mainly represents insurance companies, has opened a Chicago office with two attorneys from Chicago-based Bollinger, Ruberry & Garvey. Attorneys Michael Knippen and Mark Wolfe are opening the downtown office as new partners for Traub Lieberman, which is looking to hire additional lawyers for the new office. Traub Lieberman is a 12-year-old firm that has about 50 attorneys in offices in Florida, New Jersey, and New York.
Stoel Rives Helps with Greenest Building in World
The firm Stoel Rives LLP is assisting with an attempt to build the greenest building in the world. That building is Independence Station, a mixed-use building being constructed in Independence, Oregon. Stoel Rives assisted with the financing and closing on the building.
Clifford Chance Launches in Abu Dhabi
The firm Clifford Chance is about to open an office in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, with three partners and eight associates. Partners from several different Clifford Chance offices are being relocated to launch the new office.
