This mid-sized firm has a century old history, but a decidedly modern attitude about associate life. The partners are invested and involved in their associates, boasting of law school pedigree and taking the associates out for practical experiences early in their careers. Mentor is a term used a lot here- and with good reason. Associates are somewhat coddled and cared for here, which provides good training. Ultimately, this full-service firm is one of the most positive Boston offices in which to work, with the added bonus of being a firm that has proven itself to be a significant player in the mid-sized market.4 2018-09-19 00:55:59
