Multiple firms across the United States — including elder law boutiques, private client groups, and community-focused practices — are actively seeking Elder Law Attorneys with 1–10+ years of experience.
With the country’s senior population growing and families seeking trusted legal guidance, demand for compassionate and knowledgeable elder law counsel is rising rapidly.

If you have experience or interest in elder law matters, including:

  • Long-term care planning and Medicaid / Medi-Cal eligibility

  • Guardianships and conservatorships

  • Elder abuse prevention and advocacy

  • Special needs trusts and disability planning

  • Advance directives and powers of attorney

  • Asset protection strategies for seniors

  • Estate planning or probate crossover work

Duties

  • Advise seniors and families on long-term care planning and Medicaid/Medi-Cal eligibility.

  • Prepare advance directives, powers of attorney, and related planning documents.

  • Handle guardianships, conservatorships, and protective proceedings.

  • Draft and administer special needs trusts and disability-related planning structures.

  • Counsel clients on asset protection and elder-focused financial strategies.

  • Assist with estate planning or probate matters that overlap with elder needs.

  • Advocate for clients in elder abuse, neglect, or related protective actions.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of elder law, probate, or trusts and estates experience.

  • Familiarity with long-term care planning, Medicaid/Medi-Cal rules, or guardianship matters.

  • Strong communication skills with vulnerable or elderly clients.

  • Compassion, patience, and client-focused judgment.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
