Duties

  • Draft wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning instruments.

  • Advise clients on wealth transfer, tax-efficient planning, and asset protection strategies.

  • Handle probate, trust administration, and related fiduciary matters.

  • Conduct estate and gift tax analysis and prepare supporting documentation.

  • Counsel clients on charitable planning, foundations, and business succession.

  • Maintain long-term client relationships and provide ongoing planning updates.

Requirements

  • 1–10+ years of trusts and estates experience.

  • Background in estate planning and/or estate administration.

  • Familiarity with gift and estate tax concepts.

  • LL.M. in Taxation or tax-focused experience is a strong plus.

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

  • Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

  • Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.

  • Excellent client counseling and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism.

  • Solid analytical skills for tax and planning issues.
