Will responsible for procuring new clients in the areas of REO transactions, and title litigation, inclusive of marketing and soliciting REO government, GSE and conventional lender/servicer contracts; and for relationship development for new and existing clients in the areas of REO and title curative, claims and litigation. Responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm's files and is responsible for litigating the firm's title litigation files in the appropriate court forum. Outlining the appropriate actions to be taken and ensuring that said steps are implemented and completed, as well as overseeing any actions of paralegals that are assigned to assist the attorney.
