Job Overview

Duties

  • Appear at motions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Handle post-judgment proceedings, including writs of possession.
  • Advise clients on landlord-tenant laws and provide strategic guidance.
  • Draft and revise leases, addenda, and legal correspondence.
  • Ensure client compliance with housing statutes and regulations.
  • Conduct property audits to identify legal risks.
  • Maintain communication with clients and assist with business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active, in-good-standing state bar membership.
  • 2-7+ years of experience in real estate litigation or landlord-tenant law preferred.
  • Strong litigation and trial experience in high-volume UD practice.
  • Exceptional legal writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently.
  • Familiarity with property management operations is a plus.

Education
