Inns of Court School of Law (Barrister) Simon Cairns is BCG Attorney Search's General Manager. After a successful career in general insurance working for one of the UK’s leading insurers, Simon studied law at Westminster University in London. He went on to study at the Inns of Court School of Law and qualified as a barrister at Grays Inn. Though he secured a pupilage in London, Simon chose to use his more commercial skills and began working for a U.S. litigation-support firm. Simon had often provided guidance and advice to friends and colleagues about career decisions, and in 1999, he took this one step further, becoming a legal recruiter at London’s leading legal support recruiter. 18 months later, Simon became manager of the company, where he stayed for a further three years. In that time, the company grew, further developing relationships with the leading law firms in the UK. He made the permanent move to the U.S. in 2004, to join the Juriscape Group.
