So it is stressful for all attorneys. I think what happens is, over time, litigators get used to all this and that. That's how that works. And then, over time, what happens is senior litigators; you would have people working for you worrying about this stuff. So as a young attorney, your job is to.
Get exposed to this stuff and then learn about the deadlines, and then you have other people that work for you later that you supervise doing it. But yeah, all litigations are pretty much like that unless you do power litigation where there are fewer deadlines, so that's an excellent question.
Being a litigator is very stressful. The most stressful thing about being a litigator. Your boss is usually your boss, meaning you have a boss inside a law firm. If you're working in a law firm, you often have multiple bosses. So you have those bosses, the courts, your boss, and the clients.
So all these bosses and you can never make everyone happy because of the client's loss. So it can be a very stressful job. It's a lot to handle, which can be challenging. But also you can do very well financially.
