Lateral Commercial Lending Transactional Partner

Albany office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks lateral commercial lending transactional partner with experience in transactional matters and in the representation of banks and other institutional lenders in structuring, negotiating and documenting complex commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate, asset-based lending, deposit account control agreements and other financing transactions. The candidate should preferably have creditors rights experience. Must have license to practice law in the State of New York.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must have exceptional research, analytical, and verbal and written communication skills.
