Job Overview: A law firm in Reno, NV, is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in California employment law. Duties:

• Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues, statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in depositions, administrative hearings, and court proceedings.
• Assist in trial preparation and serve as second chair during trials.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment matters.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience practicing labor and employment law, preferably in California.
• Active license to practice law in California.
