Technology Transactions Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a technology transactions associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience. The candidate will work with a focus on the financial services and Fintech industry. Should preferably have: experience and demonstrated interest in Fintech and the financial services industry; and experience analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial agreements (e.g., licensing, collaboration, and distribution agreements). Should preferably also have: familiarity with financial regulations; knowledge of intellectual property matters; and experience with transactional support (due diligence, drafting of reps and warranties, and other terms of M&A transactions).
