This role is ideal for attorneys with 0–5 years of litigation experience and a strong interest in education or school law. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office presence in Blue Bell, PA, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves providing legal representation and counsel to school entities, handling matters in both state and federal court, and supporting clients with compliance and regulatory challenges in the education sector.

Location:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and support in matters involving special education and education law

  • Represent school clients in state and federal litigation and administrative proceedings

  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and legal opinions

  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

  • Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions

  • Attend client meetings, hearings, and school board meetings as needed

  • Collaborate with team members on complex case strategies and legal matters

Requirements:

  • 0–5 years of litigation experience (required)

  • Civil litigation experience in both state and federal court (preferred)

  • Background or demonstrated interest in education/school law (preferred)

  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with a state bar (Pennsylvania preferred)
